Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. visited the campus of the Chandigarh Group of Colleges on August 16, 2023 for conducting a joint placement drive. On the occasion, Mr. Karan Semta, Co-Founder and Director, Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. also delivered a guest lecture on the topic “Let Us Choose to be Entrepreneur in Life” to encourage the young minds to walk on the path of entrepreneurship and help them identify the skills that they must develop before finishing college.
Sharing his own experience, Mr. Semta shared many wonderful insights on the struggles and challenges of the business world. He reflected on the importance of hiring the right talent and identifying the right opportunities. He further shared that “you need to understand that as a founder, your job is not to sit back and let others do all the work for you. An entrepreneur is someone who can do all the jobs at once.”
Talking about the association with Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mr. Semta noted that, “Learning Routes has been visiting Chandigarh University and Chandigarh Group of Colleges for placement purposes. It has always been a pleasure to visit CU, their hospitality is unbeatable. I personally always look forward to meeting the young enthusiasts full of energy, endeavouring to find their passion. It’s truly refreshing to be here today, as always.”
The lecture was attended by many business enthusiasts who are looking to venture into the world of entrepreneurship. Mr. Karan Semta’s astounding words were acknowledged and applauded by all the students present at the lecture. The placement drive also turned out to be a great success.
