Mr. Dheeraj Chhabra, Co-Founder & Director, Learning Routes, Paves the Path from Campus to Corporate

Engaged in a constant endeavour to create opportunities in the EdTech sector, Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. came up with an initiative “Campus to Corporate”. Under this, Mr. Dheeraj Chhabra, Co-Founder & Director at Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. visited the campuses of Technocrats Group of Institutions and Chameli Devi Group of Institutions on August 22, 2023 and August 23, 2023, respectively, to conduct placement drives. In the placement drive, Mr. Chhabra also gave a small presentation on what “Campus to Corporate” is all about and how universities can bridge the skills gap to make students job-ready.

Mr. Dheeraj Chhabra enlightened the students on the importance of skill development and how it can help them secure lucrative job in the future. Furthermore, he shed some light on the kind of skills that corporates are looking for and how students can acquire those skills.

Mr. Chhabra mentioned that, “today, we witness a huge skills gap between what students learn in the classroom and what corporations are looking for. This is the area where both universities as well as students need to focus on to enhance the overall employability of individuals. Especially with AI taking over our lives, it becomes even more important to focus on equipping students with the right skill set.”

Mr. Chhabra’s words of wisdom were welcomed and applauded at both the institutes. Both the students as well as the faculty members resonated with his thoughts. The placement drives also went smoothly with Learning Routes welcoming many young enthusiasts into the family.
