You should have passed Class XII or an Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of reserved categories) from a recognised Board/University.
You must have passed the Class XII examination with PCM as core subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Candidates appearing or whose results are yet to be declared can also apply for admission to the course.
Age Limit: There is no age limit for the candidates to appear in the JEE (Main) examination.
The eligibility guidelines for working professionals vary from one institution to another. However, the general requirement is to have a 12th pass degree and, at times, some years of professional experience. Some other eligibility guidelines are as follows:
Professionals working in Registered Industry / Organisation (Central / State) or Private or Public Limited Companies/ MSMEs located within 50 KM radial distance from the Institute.
The individual is expected to have a minimum of one year of full-time or regular working experience.
Qualification is the same as candidates eligible for Lateral Entry to the Second Year (as specified in the Approval Process Handbook published by AICTE from time to time).
