To start your online/distance MBA programme, you must cross basic eligibility criteria. Keep in mind that eligibility metrics will vary in every university. In certain cases, it depends on your chosen specialisation, which may require some specific subject knowledge or skill. Here are the general eligibility criteria followed by most of the universities:
For most online/distance MBA programmes, a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognised university is the standard requirement. However, if you’re a final-year student awaiting your results, you’re also eligible to apply. You should have received a minimum of 50% marks in graduation or the last qualifying exam.
Few universities prefer students from a commerce background (12th board or a bachelor’s degree)
There is no upper age limit to apply for an online/distance MBA. He/she must be at least 21 years old.
No work experience is generally required. However, few colleges may ask for professional experience, especially for executive MBA programmes.
The admission procedure for an online/distance MBA is simple. It is a hassle-free process that takes a few steps. The process will be different in every college/university. However, the common steps will be:

Step 2: Fill the online application form with personal, educational and professional details
