NMIMS Distance Education Admission 2022-23
The application procedure for MBA/PGDM programs at NMIMS Distance Education had come to a close after several extensions. The university began the admissions process in March 2022 and decided to wrap it up in August 2022. Candidates who have completed a three-year bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for the programs.
NMIMS Distance Education MBA Admission 2022-23
The MBA program at NMIMS has developed in such a way that the student has fun while studying the material and meets industry standards. MBA is a master’s degree program at the professional level that covers all of the topics that are relevant in everyday life. Students must graduate from an accredited university with a bachelor’s degree in any subject. A minimum of 50% in prior academics is required of candidates.
- Time: A minimum amount of time is required. Two years are required to complete the MBA programme.
- Eligibility: Candidates must have a valid BBA degree to be considered for admission.
- Choice Mode: Candidates are admitted depending on their academic performance.
Admission Procedure:
Step 1: Registration
Fill out the online Registration Form and pay the Admission Processing Fee.
Step 2: Submission
Bring the following documentation to the Authorised Enrolment Partner.
- Documents for Academic PurposesDocuments for Work Experience (if any)
- Photographic Identification
- Photograph of Passport Size
The papers will be verified by the counselor at the Authorised Enrolment Partner and then uploaded to the system.
*At the time of admission, enrolling students must bring authentic documentation.
Step 3: Payment of Fees
Payment Options:
- Online Demand Draft payable to ‘SVKM’s NMIMS’ in Mumbai.
- Get a loan for any programme, even if you don’t have a credit card. Online payment using credit cards from HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Citi, Standard Chartered, HSBC, and Kotak Mahindra Bank is available for EMI (3, 6, 9, 12 months).
Step 4: Confirmation
When the University approves the supplied papers and fees, your admission will be verified, and you will be given a student number.

Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in any field from a recognised university or an equivalent degree recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with a minimum of 50% at the graduation level.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognised university or an equivalent degree recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with a minimum of 2 years of work experience and less than 50% grades at the graduation level.

Students can select between two kinds of lecture delivery: # of Pro & Prime Students can attend live-interactive courses as well as recorded lectures in the Pro mode.
Prime: Students can watch recorded lectures using the Prime delivery method.
Prime+: The Prime+ mode allows students to select which live-interactive lectures they want to attend. Note: Contact a student counselor for a more complete explanation of the pricing structure.
- All admissions are subject to a processing fee of Rs. 1,200/-.
- At the time of registration, a sum of Rs. 5,000/- will be deducted from the programme cost. The pricing structure described above is subject to change at the University’s discretion. Any payment paid via Demand Draft shall be made payable in Mumbai to “SVKM’s NMIMS.”
- In addition, students must pay a Rs 600/- examination fee each subject.
- You can now get a loan to pay for the Program’s costs even if you don’t have a credit card. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Citi Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Bank, SBI, Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Important Instructions
- Students must check their eligibility before applying for the programme.
- Students who are taking or waiting for their Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma results are not eligible to apply.
- Students can apply for a course waiver only if they have completed their previous programme within the last two years.
- Courses that were not accessible in the old structure (July 2014 to January 2019 syllabus) would be added to the semester in which the student is enrolled for Lateral Admission if they are available in the new programme (July 2019 onwards syllabus).
- Course Waiver does not apply to Projects.
- There will be no fee waiver (students will be required to pay the full semester costs for which they have been enrolled).
- The student will be considered as if he or she were a new student, and all current regulations would apply. Candidates who intend to apply for admission through the Lateral Entry Program must pay registration fees.
Re-Registration
Every student is required to re-register at the beginning of each semester. This also applies to students who have paid their entire fee.

- Students can forgo re-registration for future semesters, but they will not have access to the following:
- Future semester course materials and lectures. Will not be permitted to register for or appear in the upcoming semester’s exams.
- Every candidate who applies during the late re-registration period will be required to pay the “Late Fees” as determined by the University from time to time. The University has no return policy; candidates who have re-registered for the semester will not be repaid under any circumstances by the University.
