About the Course

The course aims to provide an overview and knowledge of how the relationship between states and centres works in terms of administrative, legislative and financial aspects. It also aims to examine the constitutional provisions concerning the conflict areas of different states. It helps to analyse the tension between two or more states or even centre and state. This course will also deal with the schemes and interpretations upheld while designing the constitution of India. The course also highlights the role of several institutions in strengthening our federal system that their vital role.
