A PGDM programme is similar to an MBA degree with only minor differences like duration and course work. While an MBA degree covers the basic areas as well, a PGDM programme focuses on practical concepts of the specialisation area. However, Welingkar’s PGDM curriculum is equivalent to an MBA degree and follows the same pattern. Therefore, the Welingkar online MBA is a great choice to kick off your management career.
Welingkar offers a hybrid PGDM programme which is equivalent to an MBA. A part of class lectures are conducted online with on-ground contact programmes as well.
The full programme fee with PCP is INR 1,04,600 and without PCP is INR 1,01,000.
If you are looking to pursue a practise-based and niche-oriented distance PGDM/MBA programme, then Welingkar is worth the money. The institute is approved by AICTE and NBA, thus ensuring the credibility of the programme.
You should have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognised Indian university. If an undergraduate is done in an international university it should be recognised by IGNOU/UGC/AIU or AMBA/AACSB/EQUIS.
The curriculum and validity of both courses are equal. In Welingkar’s distance PGDM/MBA you get the hybrid learning advantage which gives flexibility to working professionals.
Welingkar is an autonomous institute affiliated with the University of Mumbai and is accredited by AICTE and NBA.
Depending upon the specialisation you choose, you can work in different roles like HR Manager, Financial Advisor, Management Consultant, etc.
