The application form filling process for the NTA Swayam exam begins with submitting basic information for registration, followed by a detailed application form, uploading of documents and payment of fees. Check the step-by-step process below.
To begin with, visit exams.nta.nic.in/swayam and click on the link to fill out an application form. Complete the registration process by submitting basic details, including name, contact number, email ID, gender, and category.
Next, log in using the generated credentials and complete a detailed application form, including personal, contact, and academic information. Moreover, select the preferred exam centres list.
Once all details are submitted, the next step is to upload the documents as per the specifications laid down by the NTA.
The final step to apply for the NTA Swayam July entrance exam is to submit the online application fee. Note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
The fee can be submitted online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI Services. Note that the processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the Examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator. Note that below-mentioned fee is as per previous year.

The NTA will open the Swayam form edit window soon after closing the registration. During the correction window, aspirants are allowed to edit some details entered incorrectly while filling out the form.
