Naree Monjee Institute of Management Studies is a private Deemed to be University that was founded in 1981. The B-School is based in Mumbai, India, and is regarded as one of the top ten Business Schools in the country. The Executive MBA Programme at NMIMS is an AICTE-approved course. It lasts for 24 to 36 months. The university has thoughtfully crafted this specialised MBA course for working professionals who want to land managerial and leadership positions.

The course is divided into three parts. Narsee Monjee focuses on imparting theoretical knowledge for the first 15 months, which is divided into 6 terms of 3 months each. The next 3 months cater to capstone projects. In the last 6 months, the university encourages students to opt for an industry project.

NMIMS Executive MBA COURSE STRUCTURE

To ensure dynamic learning sessions in each class, the Executive MBA program’s learning strategy will incorporate faculty lectures, case studies, group work, business games, quizzes, role-plays, simulations, and films. Students must, of course, do a lot of pre-reading to ensure that every meeting is a quality exercise.

The course is divided into 3 parts i.e. 15 + 3 + 6

In the first 15 months, the university focuses on theoretical knowledge. In these 15 months, the first two terms cater to general management education, in the third term, the students study both specialised education and general management subjects and in the last two terms, the students only deal with elective courses.

In the next three months, the students have to do a capstone project and in the last six months, they have to do an industrial project or show some work experience.

NMIMS Executive MBA ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

NMIMS’ qualifying criteria for admission to Executive MBA are as follows, as stated on its official website:

Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university or equivalent degree recognised by AIU with a minimum of 55% marks & 3+ years of work experience
Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university or equivalent degree recognised by AIU with a minimum of 55% marks & Post-graduation/ Professional Degree with a minimum of 55% marks & 2+ years of work experience

NMIMS Executive MBA FEE STRUCTURE

The complete course fee for Narsee Monjee Executive MBA is INR 4,75,000. The students have to first register with the payment of INR 1500 and INR 10,000 down payment.

NMIMS Executive MBA ADMISSION PROCESS

The admission process for Narsee Monjee Executive MBA is a seamless process wherein the students have to pay the registration fee of INR 1500 and make a down payment of INR 10,000. After that, the university reverifies the documents. The students have to submit the following documents while filling the application form:

12th Marksheet
Graduation Marksheet
Post Graduation Marksheet (if applicable)
Passport Size Photograph
2 Government Identity Proofs

After the verification, the university conducts a half an hour interview round with NMIMS faculty. After two days, the university announces the result and the students who succeed have to make further payment. Within 1 week, the students have to make the payment of INR 30,000 and for the rest of the payment of the Narsee Monjee MBA fees, they have the option to take a loan or pay on their own.
